After the analysis, he could make an informed decision about how to manage his administration, which parties to involve or not involve, and why. His decision reflected the options explored and his own needs.

He could also use AI more often to help develop and work through ideas and tasks. That left more time for his profession while keeping him in control. The benefit extended beyond this one administrative question to a skill he could use again.
